Our home and daily schedule

The highlight of volunteering on the reserve is the community living. Volunteers share the shelter of a beautiful communal lodge built from local materials.

We count on 4 shared rooms with single bunk beds, we provide clean sheets, pillows and blankets.

The following gives you an idea of how we run on a daily basis

Monday – Friday

5.30am – Morning mantra and Vedic teachings
6.30am – Yoga
8.00am – Breakfast
9.00am – Volunteers start their tasks for the day
1.00pm – Tasks for the day finish
1.30pm – Lunchtime
3.00pm – Workshop (attendance optional)
7.00pm – Dinner

Weekly Activities from Monday to Sunday
MONDAY – General cleaning
TUESDAY – Agriculture, building and maintenance of the farm
WEDNESDAY – Reforestation
THURSDAY – School and social work with the community
FRIDAY – Reforestation
SATURDAY – Adventure / Community visit
SUNDAY – Free Time

On Saturdays, volunteers can go to an adventure nearby the reserve or visit a local community to learn about their culture.
Sunday is a completely free day so you can rest and enjoy nature.

Activities can change depending on the necessities of the reserve and yourself.
